For an FMCG food brand, the goal was clear: increase reach and engagement through influencer collaborations while preserving authenticity and credibility in a highly saturated content environment.
Instead of pushing scripted branded messaging, we built the campaign on a data-driven creator selection and format choice based on each influencer’s historical performance. Rather than assuming that Reels automatically outperform other formats, we validated decisions directly with creators and analytics.
The content focused on natural product integration within real-life cooking scenarios. Creators were given room to adapt the brief to their tone of voice, ensuring higher relatability and stronger audience trust.
The result was above-average organic reach, strong engagement rates, and a high number of saves and shares. In several cases, carousel posts outperformed Reels, confirming that performance is driven by data and creator insight — not trends.
This campaign once again proved that authentic storytelling combined with performance analytics delivers measurable impact.
